Position Overview
The HR Support Specialist will assist in various human resources functions including payroll processing, employee documentation, and general HR administrative tasks. This role requires strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Handle employee documentation including contracts, offers, and clearances
Support recruitment and onboarding processes
Assist in attendance and leave management
Prepare HR-related reports and presentations
Coordinate with government authorities for employee documentation (labor office, GOSI, etc.)
Support HR policies implementation and compliance
Handle employee queries regarding HR matters and payroll
Assist in benefits administration
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information
Support performance management processes
Help organize employee events and activities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Management Information Systems (MIS)
2-3 years of experience in HR & Payroll
Proficient in English (written and spoken)
Strong computer skills, especially MS Office Suite
Knowledge of Saudi Labor Law
Experience with HR software and HRMS systems
Understanding of payroll processing and calculations
Technical Skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and HR systems
Experience with payroll software
Strong database management abilities
Good report writing and presentation skills
Knowledge of document management systems
