Job Description
Employee Records Management: As an HR Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. This includes personal details, job histories, contract documents, and other HR files necessary for compliance and operational reporting.
Leave and Attendance Oversight: You will be in charge of managing employee leave balances, monitoring attendance across multiple regions, and ensuring proper documentation and compliance with internal policies and UAE labor laws.
Performance Management Support: This role requires coordination of employee performance evaluations, collection of feedback, and tracking of review schedules. You will support department heads in facilitating fair and timely reviews.
Training Coordination: As part of your responsibilities, you will manage internal training initiatives and workshops. This includes scheduling, communication with trainers, and tracking participation and outcomes to improve employee development.
Cross-Regional HR Compliance: You will ensure that all HR operations across various locations follow consistent processes and comply with regulatory requirements, working closely with managers and HR heads in other branches if needed.
Administrative Support: You will support a wide range of administrative HR tasks, from preparing reports to supporting onboarding and exit formalities. Your ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain organized systems is key.
