HR Specialist

Job Description

Bristol Hotel UAE is looking for HR specialist.

Job Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires.

Manage employee relations, including handling performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and employee concerns.

Develop and maintain a comprehensive benefits program that attracts and retains top talent.

Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate compensation for all employees.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Assist with employee training and development initiatives.

Manage leave requests and absences.

Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices.

Provide administrative support to the HR department, including answering phones, processing paperwork, and scheduling meetings.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a generalist HR role.

Strong understanding of HR principles and practices,

including recruitment, onboarding, compensation & benefits, and employee relations. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) a plus. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
