Duties & Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

Manage the full recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring.

Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth integration into the company.

Employee Relations:

Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and issues.

Foster a positive working environment through effective employee relations practices.

Address and resolve employee grievances and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.

Performance Management:

Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.

Provide support and guidance to managers and employees on performance-related issues.

Facilitate performance reviews and ensure documentation is completed accurately and on time.

Training and Development:

Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.

Compensation and Benefits:

Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs.

Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations.

Provide guidance to employees on benefit plans and enrollment procedures.

Compliance and Policy Management:

Ensure company compliance with all labor laws and regulations.

Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures as needed.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.

HR Administration:

Manage HR-related documentation, including contracts, employee files, and records.

Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics to inform decision-making.

Support HR projects and initiatives to enhance HR functions and processes.

Requirements:

Experience:

At least 3-5 years of experience as an HR Specialist or in a similar role, preferably within the UAE or in the candidate's home country.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.

Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.

Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Location:

Willingness to work in Abu Dhabi.
