Job Overview: A well-established company based in Al Garhoud, Dubai is urgently hiring a proactive and hands-on HR Specialist to oversee the entire employee lifecycle and HR policy implementation. We are seeking someone who can immediately bring value to our HR team with practical experience and strategic insights.
HR Policies & Procedures: You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining HR policies and procedures in line with UAE labor laws and company culture. You will also ensure all practices comply with legal standards and internal expectations.
Employee Lifecycle Management: From onboarding to exit interviews, you will manage the full employee lifecycle. This includes recruitment coordination, document processing, HRIS updates, leave and attendance tracking, and exit formalities.
Performance Management: One of your core responsibilities will be to support managers in setting up performance management systems, defining KPIs, and monitoring employee performance regularly for growth and accountability.
Compliance & Documentation: You will maintain all employee records and ensure proper documentation related to contracts, visa renewals, leaves, payroll inputs, and disciplinary actions in a compliant and confidential manner.
Employee Support & Engagement: You will act as a point of contact for employee concerns and queries, fostering a positive and professional HR presence while supporting engagement initiatives that enhance morale and retention.
Labor Law Knowledge: A strong understanding of UAE labor law is crucial in this role, especially regarding contracts, terminations, gratuity, benefits, and disciplinary procedures.
