About the Role:

We are seeking an accomplished HR Specialist to join our growing team, specializing in both recruitment strategies and personnel management. This dual-focus position offers the opportunity to shape our workforce while fostering a positive employee experience.

Talent Acquisition Responsibilities:

You will lead full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding, utilizing innovative hiring techniques to attract top-tier candidates. Your expertise will be crucial in developing employer branding initiatives and optimizing our recruitment funnel to reduce time-to-hire while maintaining quality standards.

Employee Relations Focus:

As a trusted HR partner, you'll manage the complete employee lifecycle, including performance management, conflict resolution, and policy implementation. Your role will be instrumental in enhancing employee engagement through effective communication strategies and meaningful workplace initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

The ideal candidate possesses:

Minimum 2 years of progressive HR experience in the UAE market

Demonstrated success in both recruitment and HR operations

In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

Technical Competencies:

You should be proficient in:

Modern ATS platforms and HRIS systems

Data-driven recruitment metrics analysis

Employee performance evaluation frameworks

Compensation benchmarking methodologies

The story started approximately 5 years ago; four coffee addicts in search of the next dose of delicious coffee. With no local reference point for the perfect cup of coffee, each sourced their own beans and collectively shared their findings.

Their hobby eventually turned into an obsession and grew naturally into a passion project with a single mission: to continuously source the best beans they could find and roast them to perfection.

Enter Brown Nose Coffee.

Holding true to this mission, they outfitted an old warehouse into a fully functional coffee roasting facility where they grade, roast and brew that perfect cup.
