Role Overview: ASICO is seeking a dedicated HR Specialist to join our team and contribute to the effective management of our human resources operations within the UAE. This role is pivotal in ensuring our HR practices align with both local labor laws and our company's strategic goals.

HR Operations Management: You will be responsible for managing and executing a wide range of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. Your expertise will ensure smooth and efficient HR processes across the organization.

Compliance with UAE Labor Laws: A deep understanding of UAE labor laws and best practices is essential. You will ensure that all HR activities comply with legal requirements, minimizing risks and maintaining a legally sound workplace.

Bilingual Proficiency: Proficiency in both Arabic and English is crucial for effective communication with employees, management, and external stakeholders. Your ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both languages will be highly valued.

Employee Relations and Support: You will play a key role in fostering positive employee relations, addressing employee inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and effectively. Your approach will be empathetic and solution-oriented.

Talent Acquisition and Onboarding: You will manage the talent acquisition process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating onboarding. Your ability to attract and retain top talent will be essential for our company’s growth.
