Key Responsibilities:

As the HR Specialist, you will play a key role in managing HR operations and ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws. Your primary duties will include overseeing recruitment processes, managing employee relations, and maintaining accurate HR records. You will also handle payroll, benefits administration, and employee onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires. Additionally, you will provide guidance on HR policies and best practices, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in HR operations within the UAE is required. Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and best practices is essential. Proficiency in both Arabic and English, both written and verbal, is a must.
