HR Specialist

Job Description

Position Overview

The HR Specialist will oversee all aspects of human resources operations, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and compliance. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can balance multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees

Manage the full employee lifecycle, from hire to departure, ensuring a positive employee experience

Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in alignment with company objectives and UAE labor laws

Handle employee relations matters professionally and confidentially, providing guidance and solutions to workplace concerns

Coordinate and oversee performance management processes, including reviews, feedback sessions, and improvement plans

Maintain accurate and compliant HR records, including personnel files, attendance records, and leave management

Process payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with the finance department

Organize and facilitate employee training and development programs

Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and maintain updated knowledge of relevant regulations

Create and maintain employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the UAE

Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)

Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management

Proficient in HRIS and MS Office Suite

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Exceptional organizational and time management skills

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels
