About the Role

We're seeking an experienced HR Specialist to lead our recruitment initiatives and talent acquisition strategies. This role combines strategic hiring planning with hands-on recruitment execution.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement end-to-end recruitment strategies aligned with company growth objectives

Manage full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation

Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles

Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions

Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interview processes

Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring status reports

Optimize recruitment processes for efficiency and candidate experience

Manage relationships with external recruitment partners and job boards

Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field

5+ years of HR experience with strong focus on recruitment

Proven track record of successful hiring campaigns

Expert knowledge of recruitment best practices and HR technologies

Strong experience with remote hiring and virtual interviewing

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

HRCI or SHRM certification

Experience with HRIS and ATS systems

International recruitment experience

Knowledge of UAE labor laws
