HR Specialist

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

HR Policies and Compliance:

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with UAE labor laws and industry best practices.

Employee Relations:

Act as a liaison between management and staff by addressing employee inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering open communication within the organization.

Performance Management:

Support performance management processes, including evaluations, feedback sessions, and the development of employee growth and improvement plans.

Employee Records and HR Database Management:

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection laws.

Employee Engagement:

Participate in and support employee engagement initiatives to help cultivate a positive and inclusive company culture.

HR Metrics Analysis:

Analyze HR-related data and metrics to provide insights that support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement within the HR function.


Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.


Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably as an HR Specialist, in the UAE.

HR Knowledge:

Strong understanding of HR processes, employee relations, and UAE labor laws.


Communication Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software.
