Job Description

HR Sourcing Specialist: Join Deloitte’s Talent Acquisition team as a Sourcing Specialist, where you will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and qualifying top-tier talent across multiple business functions in the UAE.

Talent Mapping: You will proactively source candidates using advanced tools and channels such as LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and job boards to build talent pipelines for current and future openings.

Screening & Shortlisting: Your responsibilities include pre-screening applicants, analyzing CVs, scheduling interviews, and presenting high-quality candidate profiles to the recruitment leads.

Market Intelligence: You will be expected to keep up with industry hiring trends, competitor activity, and compensation benchmarks to enhance sourcing strategies and meet time-sensitive recruitment goals.

Collaboration: This role involves daily coordination with recruiters, HR business partners, and hiring managers to understand talent requirements and communicate candidate progress effectively.

Technology Utilization: You should be comfortable working with applicant tracking systems (ATS), Boolean search, Excel, and internal HR tools to manage databases and generate reports.
