Job Description
EMS Services is seeking a versatile HR professional to provide comprehensive workforce support for ongoing projects in Abu Dhabi. This dual-role position bridges human resources with site operations to ensure seamless project execution.
Project Workforce Planning
You will collaborate with project managers to forecast staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies. Your understanding of construction/engineering roles will ensure timely hiring of qualified technical personnel.
On-Site HR Operations
Managing all employee lifecycle processes at project locations, you’ll handle onboarding, transfers, and site-specific inductions. Your presence will maintain HR standards across remote work locations.
Talent Acquisition
The role requires end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and technical positions. Your sourcing strategies will address urgent project requirements while building talent pipelines for future needs.
Employee Welfare Management
Implementing welfare programs, you’ll monitor camp conditions and address workforce concerns. Your interventions will boost morale and productivity at project sites.
Compliance Coordination
Ensuring all site personnel maintain valid credentials, you’ll manage permits, training records, and medical certifications. Your systems will prevent compliance-related work stoppages.
Data & Reporting
You’ll generate regular reports on workforce metrics, turnover, and recruitment KPIs. Your insights will inform project resourcing decisions and HR improvements.
Candidate Profile
We require:
- 5+ years UAE HR experience with site exposure
- Construction/engineering project knowledge
- Arabic language proficiency (preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work across corporate/site environments
