Role Overview: Al Mufeed Group, a Facility Management Company in Dubai, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Executive. You will be responsible for managing key HR functions, working closely with a large and diverse team, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with large teams across different departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
Policy Development and Implementation: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with UAE labor laws.
Employee Relations: Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
Performance Management: Oversee performance management processes, including appraisals and goal setting.
Learning and Development: Support learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and engagement.
HR Operations: Ensure HR operations (payroll coordination, leave management, etc.) run smoothly and efficiently.
HR Reporting and Analytics: Assist in HR reporting and analytics to support decision-making.
Employee Engagement: Lead employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives to maintain a positive work environment.
