Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Compensation, Benefits & HR Reporting Officer to join our team in Ajman, UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's compensation and benefits programs, administering employee leaves and medical benefits, and maintaining comprehensive HR reporting to ensure compliance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer the company's compensation and benefits programs in alignment with organizational policies and UAE labor laws.

Oversee the management of employee leave entitlements and medical benefits administration.

Coordinate and maintain accurate training program records for all employees.

Prepare and submit regular HR reports, including headcount, turnover, and other key metrics.

Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations in the UAE.

Collaborate with the HR team to identify areas for process improvement and policy updates.

Provide support and guidance to employees on compensation, benefits, and HR-related inquiries.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in compensation, benefits, and HR reporting.

Demonstrable knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.

Proficient in the use of HR information systems and Microsoft Office suite.

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential.
