HR Reporting Officer

Job Description

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Compensation, Benefits & HR Reporting Officer to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing compensation programs, benefits administration, and HR reporting functions while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Administer compensation and benefits programs in alignment with company policies and local labor laws

Oversee and manage employee leaves and medical benefits administration

Coordinate and maintain training program records

Prepare and deliver comprehensive HR reports:

Monthly reports

Quarterly reports

Half-yearly reports

Yearly reports

Develop and maintain HR dashboards for data visualization

Conduct ad-hoc analyses and special reports as requested

Work collaboratively with HR team members to ensure operational efficiency and data accuracy

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field

Demonstrated experience in compensation, benefits, and HR reporting within the healthcare sector

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting

Comprehensive knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations
