We are seeking an experienced HR Recruitment Manager to lead recruitment efforts and support HR strategies in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, and offers.

- Maintain candidate data and HR documentation.

- Conduct background checks and ensure a thorough selection process.

- Develop sourcing channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals).

- Guide employees, hiring managers, and candidates throughout recruitment.

- Assist Talent Manager with HR tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

- 1-3 years of HR/Talent Acquisition experience in the UAE, ideally in banking/wealth investment.

- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.

- Bachelor's in HR, Business Admin, or related field; HR certifications a plus.

- Proficient in MS Office.
