HR & Recruitment Intern - Remote

Job Description

The GAO Group is looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR and Recruitment Interns to join our international remote team. This is an incredible opportunity for students and fresh graduates who are looking to kickstart their career in HR and recruitment while gaining hands on experience with AI powered hiring tools in a truly global work environment.

In this role you will be responsible for posting job listings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates throughout the hiring process. You will work with cutting edge AI tools for hiring and talent tracking, support onboarding and HR operations, and collaborate with global HR teams across different time zones and cultures. This internship is designed to give you real world exposure to the full spectrum of HR and recruitment functions within an international technology company.

This opportunity is open to students and recent graduates from HR, Business, Technology, or related fields who have a genuine interest in recruitment and AI tools. Good communication skills are essential and proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is preferred but not mandatory. A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment are key qualities we are looking for.

In return you will gain invaluable hands on HR and AI experience, exposure to international teams and global hiring practices, leadership and coordination skills, and three internship certificates upon successful completion of the program.
