Entry-Level HR Support: This role provides an excellent foundation for fresh graduates who are eager to begin their journey in human resources. The candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced HR professionals, gaining exposure to real-world practices and developing essential skills that support their long-term career growth.
Recruitment and Talent Sourcing Assistance: The selected candidate will help in identifying suitable applicants for both white-collar and blue-collar roles by sourcing profiles through job portals, LinkedIn, recruitment agencies, and internal references. This involves understanding job requirements, screening applications, and helping build a strong talent pipeline for the organization.
Interview Coordination and Candidate Tracking: The HR executive will be responsible for managing interview schedules, maintaining candidate tracking sheets, and ensuring smooth communication with applicants throughout the recruitment cycle. This includes arranging meetings, confirming attendance, and keeping all stakeholders informed to maintain an organized hiring workflow.
Onboarding and Documentation Support: The role includes assisting with onboarding processes such as collecting required documents, preparing employee files, supporting joining formalities, and ensuring that all HR-related paperwork is complete and properly recorded. Maintaining accuracy and confidentiality will be a key responsibility in this function.
Daily HR Operations Assistance: The candidate will participate in day-to-day HR tasks including updating employee information, supporting attendance records, and coordinating with various teams for routine personnel requirements. This role allows the executive to understand the inner workings of HR operations within the steel fabrication and construction industry.
HR Reporting and Internal Coordination: The position involves preparing recruitment reports, following up with candidates on pending requirements, and supporting the HR Manager with ongoing projects. The candidate will contribute to maintaining organized HR documentation and ensuring that all activities align with company policies.
