Job Description

Role Overview – Homes 4 Life Real Estate Broker LLC is hiring an HR Recruitment Assistant for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This position is ideal for organized HR professionals with strong recruitment support expertise, real estate and brokerage industry knowledge, and the ability to assist recruitment functions effectively, support recruitment activities, coordinate hiring processes, maintain candidate records, assist with HR coordination, and contribute to organizational success within a dynamic real estate brokerage organization.

HR Recruitment Support – You will support HR recruitment functions by assisting with processes, coordinating activities, organizing information, and supporting efficiency. You will facilitate recruitment operations and hiring activities. You should assist with recruitment functions.

Recruitment Coordination – You will coordinate recruitment activities by organizing tasks, scheduling interviews, maintaining systems, and supporting workflow. You will facilitate smooth recruitment and information flow. You should coordinate recruitment activities.

Job Posting and Vacancy Management – You will assist with job postings by helping coordinate advertisements, organizing vacancies, updating information, and supporting promotion. You will help disseminate job opportunities. You should support job posting activities.

Recruitment Advertising Support – You will support recruitment advertising by helping organize job postings, assisting with placement, maintaining records, and supporting visibility. You will help promote job vacancies. You should support recruitment advertising.

Applicant Screening and Shortlisting – You will assist with applicant screening by reviewing submissions, helping evaluate qualifications, assisting with shortlisting, and maintaining records. You will help identify qualified candidates efficiently. You should assist with application screening.

Application Review Support – You will assist with reviewing applications by helping read submissions, organizing information, supporting preliminary assessment, and maintaining organization. You will help manage application flow. You should support application review.

Applicant Tracking System Management – You will assist with ATS by helping organize candidate information, tracking applications, maintaining records, and supporting recruitment workflows. You will help maintain organized candidate tracking. You should support ATS operations.
