Job Description

Position Overview

As our HR Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in building and strengthening our team through strategic talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will combine strong recruiting expertise with an understanding of the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates

Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability

Create and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs

Track and report on key recruitment metrics

Recruitment Process Management

Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs and requirements

Write and maintain clear job descriptions for various positions

Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer acceptance

Conduct background checks and reference verification

Negotiate employment terms with selected candidates

Onboarding and Integration

Coordinate new hire onboarding processes

Ensure smooth transition of new employees into their roles

Prepare and maintain onboarding documentation

Conduct new hire orientation sessions

Follow up with new hires to ensure successful integration

Strategic Planning

Analyze hiring trends and market conditions

Recommend improvements to recruitment processes

Develop employer branding initiatives

Participate in job fairs and recruitment events

Stay updated on best practices in recruitment and HR

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience

Strong understanding of recruitment best practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in HRIS and recruitment tools

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in real estate industry recruitment

Knowledge of Dubai's real estate market and regulations

Familiarity with UAE labor laws

Experience with recruitment marketing

HRCI or SHRM certification

Technical Skills

Proficiency in applicant tracking systems

Advanced LinkedIn Recruiter capabilities

Strong MS Office skills

Experience with recruitment analytics

Knowledge of HR software platforms

Personal Attributes

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent judgment and decision-making abilities

Detail-oriented with high accuracy standards

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Strong ethical standards and confidentiality
