Job Description

Talent Acquisition Support ✦ The HR Recruiter will actively assist in identifying potential candidates through multiple sourcing channels including job portals, professional networks, referrals, and internal databases while maintaining accurate records and ensuring a smooth recruitment workflow aligned with company hiring needs.

Candidate Screening and Evaluation ✦ This role involves reviewing resumes, conducting initial screening calls, assessing candidate suitability based on job requirements, and shortlisting profiles while maintaining professional communication and confidentiality throughout the recruitment cycle.

Interview Coordination and Scheduling ✦ The HR Recruiter will be responsible for coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers, managing schedules, sending interview confirmations, and ensuring candidates receive a positive and well-organized interview experience.

Recruitment Process Management ✦ The position offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting creation, applicant tracking, interview feedback collection, follow-ups, and supporting hiring decisions in a structured HR environment.

HR Documentation and Reporting ✦ The role includes maintaining recruitment records, preparing basic hiring reports, updating candidate databases, and assisting the HR team with documentation related to onboarding and recruitment compliance.
