Job Description

Recruitment Coordination Expertise: This role requires managing the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing candidates, reviewing applications, conducting screenings, and coordinating interviews, while ensuring the hiring process remains smooth, efficient, and aligned with company staffing needs.

Talent Sourcing Strategy: The candidate will actively search for skilled professionals using job portals, social media, recruitment databases, and networking opportunities to identify strong talent, ensuring that every sourcing activity contributes to building a high-quality candidate pipeline for various roles.

Interview and Assessment Management: This position requires organizing interviews, evaluating candidate suitability, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring transparent, timely communication to create a structured and professionally managed interview process for all applicants.

Candidate Relationship Handling: The recruiter will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with candidates throughout the hiring journey, offering regular updates, providing necessary guidance, answering inquiries, and ensuring they experience a respectful, clear, and supportive recruitment process.

Internal Team Collaboration: This role involves working closely with different departments to understand staffing requirements, gather job expectations, provide recruitment updates, and support managers in selecting candidates who best match role-specific and organizational needs.

Recruitment Reporting and Documentation: The candidate must maintain well-organized recruitment records, generate reports, track hiring progress, document communication, and ensure that all recruitment data is well-maintained for HR compliance and organizational planning.
