Duties & Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.

Source and screen candidates.

Coordinate interviews and manage candidate experience.

Maintain candidate pipeline.

Assist with recruitment tasks as needed.

Candidate Profile:

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Prior recruiting experience in UAE with a minimum of 1 year of experience.

Strong communication skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize.
