F&C Properties LLC is expanding its Back Office Team and seeking an experienced HR Recruiter with 1–2 years of relevant experience in the real estate sector. Key Responsibilities:

As the HR Recruiter, you will play a vital role in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for our real estate operations. Your primary duties will include managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting job ads to conducting interviews and negotiating offers. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs, build a talent pipeline, and ensure a seamless recruitment process. Additionally, you will promote the company’s reputation as an employer of choice and maintain accurate recruitment records.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the real estate industry. Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms is essential. A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Skills and Competencies:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. You should have strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on delivering timely and accurate results.
