End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from job postings to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience.

Candidate Sourcing: Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and headhunting, building a strong talent pipeline.

Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a proactive approach.

Compliance and Policy Adherence: Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies, maintaining legal and ethical standards.

HR Administration: Manage attendance, leave records, and assist with payroll coordination, supporting daily HR operations.

Employer Branding and Optimization: Optimize job postings and enhance employer branding strategies, attracting top talent.
