About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter with 2–5 years of UAE experience in the real estate sector. This is a key role for a professional who is passionate about talent acquisition and building high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

As the HR Recruiter, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires. Your primary duties will include collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs, building a talent pipeline, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. You will also handle employer branding initiatives and maintain recruitment metrics.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 2–5 years of UAE experience in real estate recruitment is required. Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and best practices is essential.

Skills and Competencies:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
