Job Description

HR Function Support: Provide support across various HR functions and processes.

Recruitment and Onboarding Assistance: Assist with recruitment activities, including sourcing and screening, and support the onboarding process for new hires.

Employee Record Management: Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

HR Knowledge Application: Apply a strong understanding of fundamental HR functions in daily tasks.

Communication Proficiency: Utilize excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, in all interactions.

Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills when working with colleagues and employees.

HR Certification Advantage: Having an HR certification is considered a plus.
