Job Description

Job Overview: Top Business is seeking an HR Payroll Accountant to join our growing team in Sheraton, Cairo. This position is ideal for candidates looking to launch or advance their career in the HR and accounting field. You will be responsible for ensuring that employee compensations are handled accurately and compliantly, maintaining records, and assisting in related payroll tasks.

Payroll Accuracy: As a Payroll Accountant, you will oversee accurate and timely payroll processing by calculating salaries, bonuses, and deductions in compliance with applicable tax, insurance, and labor regulations. Your role is essential to ensure employees are paid correctly and on time, enhancing staff satisfaction and organizational credibility.

Data Management & Reporting: You will be responsible for preparing and maintaining updated payroll and accounting records. This includes ensuring all employee data related to payroll is up-to-date, generating regular reports, and supporting month-end and year-end processes as needed by the finance department.

Employee Support: In this role, you will handle payroll-related inquiries from employees, helping them resolve issues related to compensation, deductions, or benefits. Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism are vital to maintain trust and confidentiality while addressing concerns efficiently.

Technical Competency: A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is crucial for data entry, payroll calculation, and generating reports. Familiarity with payroll software or accounting tools will be considered an advantage, and attention to detail is essential to avoid costly errors.

Team Collaboration: While this role demands a high level of personal accountability and independence, you will also be expected to collaborate with the HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless integration between departments. Your contribution will help enhance internal workflows and employee engagement.
