HR Operations Officer

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated HR Operations Officer to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of human resources processes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.

Handle day-to-day HR operations, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, attendance management, and employee relations.

Maintain accurate employee records and databases.

Coordinate employee benefits and leave management.

Assist in payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Handle employee inquiries and provide support as needed.

Assist in the organization and coordination of training and development programs.

Prepare HR-related reports and documentation.

Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.

Good communication skills and a presentable demeanor.

Hardworking, dedicated, and honest with a strong sense of responsibility.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.

Prior experience in HR is an advantage, but fresh graduates who are eager to learn are also encouraged to apply.

Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations is a plus.

Ability to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Salary and Benefits:

The starting salary for this position is AED 4000/- per month.

Salary may be negotiable based on the candidate's experience and qualifications, with a maximum of AED 4500/-.
