HR Operations Officer

Job Description

HR Documentation: The HR Operations Officer will assist in maintaining and organizing employee records, ensuring all documentation is filed and up to date.

Onboarding & Offboarding: Support the onboarding process by preparing contracts, welcome materials, and coordinating induction sessions. Assist in the offboarding process and ensure exit formalities are completed smoothly.

Payroll Support: Collaborate with payroll teams to gather employee attendance, leave balances, and any variable data for payroll processing.

HR Systems: Maintain data in the HR system, ensuring accuracy of employee records, position codes, and organizational structures.

Compliance & Policies: Help ensure HR policies are communicated and adhered to; support audits and compliance checks with proper documentation.

Employee Support: Act as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries from staff and direct issues to the relevant HR functions when needed.
