Job Description:
Keeta is seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented HR Operations Manager to join our HR team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficiency and compliance of HR operations while enhancing employee satisfaction in a dynamic and fast-growing environment. You will collaborate closely with our corporate HR team in China, HR business partners, and operational service suppliers to maintain high performance and compliance within our HR functions.
Job Summary:
The HR Operations Manager will oversee all HR-related functions, ensuring adherence to government and company regulations. Responsibilities include managing the employee lifecycle, operating Saudi government websites, and handling iqama issuance and renewals. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to corporate policy development, process improvements, and HR strategy implementation.
Responsibilities:
Employee Lifecycle Management:
Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and probation periods in accordance with company and government policies.
Ensure smooth and compliant transitions for employees throughout their lifecycle with the company.
Government Compliance and Operations:
Operate and manage Saudi government websites for HR functions, including GOSI, Muqeem, Qiwa, MOL Abshar, MOFA, etc.
Handle iqama issuance, renewals, and cancellations.
Saudization Management:
Support Saudization management in KSA, monitor and report on Saudization rates.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure adherence to Saudi labor laws and company regulations.
Maintain internal HR systems and ensure the accuracy of employee-related data.
Vendor and Service Management:
Collaborate with HR service suppliers, including outsourcing and VISA vendors, to meet agreed SLA and enhance employee satisfaction.
Corporate Coordination:
Synchronize HR operations with the corporate HR team in China.
Support HR operation strategy, performance, and continuous improvement projects in KSA.
Project Management:
Participate in or lead cross-team HR projects and operations as required.
Requirements:
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of HR operations experience, particularly in medium to high employee volume and fast-growing business environments.
Proven expertise in Saudi labor laws and HR best practices.
Skills and Attributes:
Excellent communication skills in both oral and written English.
Self-driven with a strong desire to work in a dynamic, rapidly growing environment.
Structured thinking and communication, with diplomatic skills and the ability to build relationships across functions and regions.
Data-driven with the capability to analyze HR operations processes, identify issues, and diagnose root causes effectively.
Emphasis on continuous improvement.
Project management experience is preferred; knowledge of other HR fields is an advantage.

Salary:
SAR 10,000 to 50,000 per month, inclusive of fixed allowances.
