Job Description

Role Overview: SeeKoe Inc. is hiring an HR Operations Executive for a full-time, remote position serving USA-based operations and international teams. This position is ideal for accomplished HR operations professionals with strong operational expertise, human resources knowledge, and the ability to manage HR operations effectively, optimize processes, lead systems implementation, ensure compliance, support HR strategy, and contribute to organizational success within a dynamic technology and business services organization.

HR Operations Management – You will manage comprehensive HR operations by overseeing processes, coordinating activities, and ensuring operational efficiency. You will lead HR operations supporting HR function effectiveness. You should direct HR operations strategically and comprehensively.

HR Systems and Technology Management – You will oversee HR technology systems by implementing solutions, managing databases, ensuring functionality, and supporting user adoption. You will optimize technology supporting HR operations. You should be expert in HR systems and platforms.

HRIS Implementation and Optimization – You will lead HRIS implementation by planning systems, managing implementation, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting adoption. You will optimize HRIS supporting operational efficiency. You should manage system implementations effectively.

Process Improvement and Optimization – You will identify process improvements by analyzing workflows, recommending enhancements, implementing efficiencies, and measuring impact. You will drive operational excellence and efficiency. You should optimize HR processes continuously.

HR Compliance and Regulatory Management – You will ensure HR compliance by maintaining knowledge of regulations, implementing compliant practices, managing legal matters, and staying informed about changes. You will maintain compliance documentation and support audit readiness. You should be compliance expert.
