Job Description
Onboarding Process Management – As an HR Onboarding Specialist, you will manage the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring that new hires are seamlessly integrated into the organization and have a positive experience from day one.
Documentation and Compliance – You will prepare, collect, and verify all necessary employment documents, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and internal company policies, maintaining accurate and organized records for each employee.
Orientation and Training Coordination – You will design and conduct orientation sessions for new employees, introducing them to company culture, policies, procedures, and tools, while providing essential training to set them up for success.
Collaboration with HR and Operations – This role requires working closely with HR managers, department heads, and team leaders to ensure that each new hire’s role, responsibilities, and reporting structure are clearly communicated and aligned with organizational goals.
Feedback and Improvement – You will collect feedback from new employees and department managers to continuously improve the onboarding process, ensuring it remains effective, engaging, and efficient for all parties involved.
Technology and System Management – You will maintain HRIS records, update employee profiles, and manage onboarding software systems to track the progress and completion of all onboarding activities.
