Regal Investment & Construction Company is currently seeking an experienced HR Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of HR experience specifically in the construction industry in the UAE. Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
Oversee recruitment activities, including job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding processes.
Administer employee insurance programs, including health, life, and other benefits, and serve as the main point of contact for insurance-related inquiries.
Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures, in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance, aligning with organizational goals and objectives.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and data protection.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in construction companies in the UAE.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in payroll processing, recruitment, insurance management, employee relations, and training and development.
Familiarity with UAE labor laws and regulations pertaining to the construction industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with employees at all levels.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources Management or a related field.
