Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HR Officer specializing in Talent Acquisition to join our semi-government client through Kingston Stanley. This role is focused on Emiratisation and offers a competitive salary in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates.

Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.

Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports.

Requirements:

At least 4 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

Open to candidates with Family Book or Marsoom.

Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
