HR Officer Overview: We are hiring an HR Officer – Talent Acquisition for our healthcare operations in Abu Dhabi. This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional to make a meaningful impact by managing full-cycle recruitment and supporting core HR functions within a dynamic and expanding healthcare environment.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: The primary responsibility of this role is to lead talent acquisition efforts across clinical and non-clinical roles. The successful candidate will work closely with department heads to identify staffing needs, source qualified candidates, and execute fast-paced recruitment processes.

Onboarding & Orientation: As part of the HR team, the officer will manage onboarding and orientation activities. This includes collecting documentation, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulatory bodies, and facilitating smooth transitions for new hires.

Compliance & Standards: Ensuring all HR processes adhere to Department of Health (DOH), Jawdah, and Tasneef guidelines is essential. The HR Officer will take ownership of maintaining audit-readiness and implementing best practices in accordance with local healthcare regulations.

Employee Relations & Support: The role also involves supporting employee relations, resolving workplace issues, and assisting in performance management processes. The HR Officer will act as a point of contact for staff queries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.

Training & Development Coordination: Collaborating with leadership to identify training needs and coordinate development sessions is a key aspect of this position. The officer will help facilitate learning initiatives that support employee growth and regulatory compliance.
