Job Description
Human Resource Operations and Workforce Management: The HR Officer will manage day-to-day HR functions within the recycling company, ensuring smooth coordination between departments and employees. You will oversee all HR activities including attendance, payroll processing, recruitment, and employee documentation, maintaining a structured and compliant workflow in accordance with UAE labor law.
Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Support: This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding successful hires. The HR Officer will identify talent needs across departments, post job advertisements, coordinate interviews, and ensure a professional and efficient hiring process. Experience in hiring for operational roles within recycling, manufacturing, or warehousing environments will be a strong advantage.
Payroll and Benefits Administration: You will be responsible for preparing payroll data, maintaining accurate attendance records, and ensuring timely salary disbursements. The HR Officer will also coordinate employee benefits, handle leave management, and assist in the preparation of end-of-service settlements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with UAE labour law.
Employee Relations and Communication: The HR Officer will act as the link between management and employees, addressing queries, grievances, and disciplinary issues with fairness and professionalism. By maintaining open communication channels, you will contribute to a harmonious work environment that promotes teamwork, respect, and efficiency within the organization.
Compliance and Record Maintenance: Ensuring strict adherence to UAE employment laws and internal company policies is a key aspect of this role. The HR Officer will maintain updated personnel files, employee contracts, visa documents, and renewals, ensuring all records are complete and legally compliant. Regular internal audits will help safeguard the company against potential compliance issues.
Performance Monitoring and Staff Support: You will assist in developing performance evaluation systems and reporting employee progress to management. The HR Officer will provide HR support to line managers, helping to identify training needs and performance gaps, contributing to workforce improvement and career growth initiatives across the company.
