Job Description

HR Operations Management  The HR Officer and HR Assistant will support daily human resource operations within a school environment, ensuring smooth coordination of employee records, attendance monitoring, and staff documentation in alignment with UAE education sector practices.

Recruitment and Onboarding Support  The role involves assisting with recruitment coordination, shortlisting, interview scheduling, and onboarding processes while ensuring that new hires are integrated efficiently into the school system with complete documentation and policy awareness.

Employee Records and Compliance  The position requires maintaining accurate employee files, contracts, and HR databases while ensuring full compliance with UAE labour laws, school regulations, and internal HR policies.

School HR Administration  The candidate will handle routine HR administrative duties including leave management, staff correspondence, policy implementation support, and coordination with academic and non-academic departments to meet operational needs.

HR Policy Implementation  The role supports the execution of HR policies, procedures, and best practices tailored to educational institutions, ensuring consistency, fairness, and compliance across the workforce.

Staff Coordination and Communication  Strong communication is required to address employee queries professionally, support staff relations, and coordinate between management, teachers, and administrative teams in a structured school environment.
