About the Role:
Jumbo Manpower Services is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Officer to join our team in Dubai. This role is perfect for a proactive HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving HR excellence. As an HR Officer, you will play a key role in managing end-to-end HR operations, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws, and supporting talent acquisition and employee relations. Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, and maintaining employee records.
Oversee employee relations, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
Drive talent acquisition and recruitment efforts to meet high-volume hiring needs.
Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
Support performance management, training, and development initiatives.
Assist in visa processing, medical insurance coordination, and PRO-related tasks.
Requirements:
2-4 years of HR experience, preferably in manpower, staffing, or workforce solutions.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa processing, and employee relations.
Ability to multitask and manage high-volume HR operations effectively.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certifications are a plus).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
