Duties & Responsibilities:

PACT Employment Services is seeking an experienced HR Officer to join our team in Ajman. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of UAE HR experience, specifically within an educational institution.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations: Manage day-to-day HR operations including employee records, HR policies, and compliance with UAE labor laws.

Recruitment: Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Employee Relations: Address employee queries and concerns, manage conflict resolution, and ensure a positive work environment.

Payroll & Benefits: Oversee payroll processing, manage employee benefits, and ensure accurate and timely disbursements.

Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems and provide support for employee development and training programs.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with all UAE labor laws and regulations, and maintain up-to-date HR records.

HR Reporting: Prepare regular HR reports and analytics to support management decision-making.

Training & Development: Identify training needs, organize training sessions, and facilitate professional development programs.

Policy Implementation: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and UAE labor regulations.

Experience & Skills:

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience in the UAE, preferably within an educational institution.

HR Knowledge: Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.

Problem-Solving: Ability to address and resolve HR-related issues effectively.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various HR tasks efficiently.

Technology Skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications and HR software systems.
