Overview:

ESGUAE - Emirates Stallions Group is seeking an experienced HR Officer to join their team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, particularly within the Real Estate and construction industries. This role involves overseeing HR functions and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations in the UAE.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

Oversee employee onboarding, development, and retention.

Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.

Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.

Administer and manage employee benefits and compensation programs.

Conduct regular audits of HR processes and systems to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Provide HR support and guidance to management and employees.

Participate in the development of HR policies and procedures.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification is a plus.

Proven 10-year experience as an HR Officer or similar HR role, with experience in the Real Estate and construction industries.

In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.

Strong understanding of HR best practices and current trends.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.

Proficient in Oracle and MS Office.

High level of integrity and confidentiality.
