Job Description
Human Resources Operations : The HR Officer will be responsible for supporting daily human resources operations within the construction environment, ensuring smooth execution of HR policies and procedures. This role contributes to maintaining an organized workforce structure while supporting company objectives and employee well-being.
Employee Records and Documentation : The position involves maintaining accurate employee records, contracts, and personnel files in compliance with UAE labour laws. The HR Officer ensures confidentiality, accuracy, and proper documentation for all employees throughout their employment lifecycle.
Recruitment and Onboarding Support : The HR Officer will assist in recruitment activities including shortlisting, interview coordination, and onboarding processes. This includes preparing offer letters, joining documentation, and supporting new employees during their initial integration into the company.
Payroll and Attendance Coordination : The role supports payroll preparation by coordinating attendance records, leave tracking, and overtime data. The HR Officer ensures accuracy in reports submitted to the finance team while maintaining transparency and compliance with company policies.
HR Policies and Compliance : The HR Officer will help implement HR policies, internal regulations, and disciplinary procedures. The role ensures that company practices align with UAE labour law requirements and supports management in handling employee relations professionally.
Coordination and Communication : Close coordination with site teams, department heads, and management is required to address HR-related matters efficiently. The HR Officer serves as a communication bridge between employees and management to maintain a positive work environment.
