Job Description

Human Resources Operations – The HR Officer will support daily human resources activities while ensuring that company policies and procedures are implemented consistently across the organization. This role plays an important part in maintaining a structured and compliant work environment.

Employee Lifecycle Management – The position involves managing employee records, assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes, and ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date. Proper coordination helps support a smooth employee experience from joining to exit.

Recruitment and Coordination – The HR Officer will assist in recruitment activities including screening applications, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring requirements. Close coordination with department heads is essential to meet workforce needs efficiently.

HR Administration and Records – Maintaining confidential personnel files, leave records, and attendance data is a key responsibility. The role requires strong organizational skills to ensure accurate reporting and easy retrieval of information.

Policy Implementation and Compliance – The HR Officer will support the implementation of company policies and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws. This includes assisting with internal procedures and addressing basic employee queries related to HR matters.

Workplace Support and Communication – The role involves acting as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related concerns while promoting a positive workplace culture. Effective communication and professionalism are essential for success in this position.
