Human Resource Management: The HR Officer plays a central role in managing the complete employee lifecycle by supporting workforce planning, coordinating human resource activities, and ensuring smooth HR operations aligned with organizational goals and professional standards.
Recruitment Coordination: This role involves managing recruitment activities by sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, supporting hiring decisions, and ensuring structured onboarding and offboarding processes that promote a positive employee experience.
Employee Engagement: The position focuses on strengthening employee relations by supporting engagement initiatives, addressing employee concerns, promoting a healthy work culture, and assisting management in maintaining high levels of motivation and productivity.
Performance Support: The HR Officer supports performance management processes by coordinating evaluations, assisting department heads with feedback mechanisms, and helping implement performance improvement initiatives across teams.
Policy Implementation: This role is responsible for implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistency across departments, and maintaining alignment with organizational guidelines and legal requirements within the workplace.
Compliance and Operations: The position ensures adherence to UAE labor laws by maintaining accurate records, supporting payroll coordination, handling HR documentation, and assisting in audits and regulatory compliance activities.
