Job Description
Human Resources Coordination: The HR Officer will manage daily human resources operations with a strong focus on employee documentation, compliance, and coordination with internal departments to ensure smooth HR workflows and adherence to company policies.
Government Relations Handling: The role involves close coordination with the PRO to manage visa processing, labor cards, Emirates ID renewals, and other government-related employment documentation while ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.
Travel and Logistics Management: The HR Officer will oversee all corporate travel arrangements including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and transportation planning while ensuring cost efficiency, compliance with company guidelines, and smooth travel execution.
Insurance and Employee Welfare: Responsibilities include liaising with insurance providers for medical claims, card issuance, renewals, and cancellations while supporting employees with insurance-related queries and documentation.
Recruitment and Manpower Support: The position requires communication with local and international recruitment agencies, managing manpower requirements, coordinating outsourced staff, monitoring attendance, and verifying invoices for accuracy and approval.
Payroll and ERP Administration: The HR Officer will maintain and update employee records in the ERP Oracle system, monitor attendance, prepare overtime and monthly reports, assist payroll processing, and handle administrative purchase requests through the ERP platform.
