Job Description

Role Summary: The HR Officer role focuses on managing full-cycle HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, and day-to-day HR support while ensuring a smooth and structured workflow across the organization.

Talent Acquisition Overview: The candidate will handle end-to-end recruitment processes by screening profiles, coordinating interviews, communicating with shortlisted candidates, and ensuring that staffing needs are met efficiently and professionally.

Onboarding Coordination: The HR Officer will prepare all joining formalities, arrange orientation activities, support new employees during their transition, and ensure that onboarding processes follow internal guidelines and meet company standards.

HR Operations Management: The role requires monitoring attendance, updating HR systems, preparing HR letters, maintaining personnel files, and ensuring that all HR documentation is accurate, updated, and aligned with company procedures.

Employee Relations Support: The candidate will address employee concerns, provide HR guidance, escalate important issues to management, and maintain a respectful and supportive work culture while encouraging smooth internal communication.

Policy Compliance and Procedures: The HR Officer will help implement HR policies, support compliance checks, communicate updated guidelines to staff, and ensure that HR processes remain consistent with organizational expectations and UAE labor requirements.

Cross-Department Coordination: This role involves collaborating with different departments to gather HR-related information, support operational tasks, and strengthen administrative efficiency across all teams.
