Human Resource Operations Management The HR Officer will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE labour law. The role requires a confident and knowledgeable professional capable of independently handling HR matters in a fast-paced industrial and interior fit-out environment.

Recruitment and Onboarding You will oversee the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring the selection of qualified candidates who align with the company’s goals. The HR Officer will also manage employee induction programs and facilitate smooth integration for new hires.

Employee Relations and Engagement Building a strong company culture is central to this role. You’ll act as a bridge between management and employees, fostering a positive workplace environment and addressing employee concerns with professionalism and empathy.

Payroll and Compensation Administration The HR Officer will handle payroll management, ensuring accuracy and timely salary disbursements. Responsibilities include maintaining employee attendance records, leave management, and ensuring compliance with wage protection and benefits regulations.

Performance and Compliance Management In this role, you’ll support managers in conducting performance evaluations, setting goals, and implementing training initiatives. A strong understanding of UAE labour laws is essential to ensure the company’s full legal compliance and protect both employer and employee rights.

Policy Development and Implementation You will assist in developing and updating HR policies that reflect company values and current legal requirements. The HR Officer will also ensure all HR procedures are communicated effectively across departments and consistently followed.
