Job Overview: As an HR Officer at Bulahej Group, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day human resources operations and supporting the smooth implementation of company policies. You will play a key role in ensuring that HR procedures are compliant with UAE labor laws while fostering a positive workplace culture. This position is ideal for candidates who are passionate about employee engagement and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities: Your core responsibilities will include overseeing recruitment, onboarding new employees, managing HR records, and ensuring that HR policies are properly communicated to staff. You will also handle payroll inputs, attendance systems, and support the implementation of training and development initiatives. By managing these responsibilities efficiently, you will directly contribute to building a well-organized HR framework within the company.
Policy and Compliance: In this role, you will assist in drafting and enforcing HR policies and procedures that align with UAE labor regulations. You will ensure that company guidelines are communicated clearly to employees and managers, while also conducting audits to guarantee compliance. Staying updated with legal changes in UAE labor laws is essential to avoid risks and maintain best practices across all HR activities.
Training and Development: As part of your HR duties, you will coordinate training sessions, workshops, and professional development programs for employees. By working closely with department managers, you will identify skill gaps and organize targeted training sessions to enhance employee performance. Your contribution will help in building a skilled workforce that supports the company’s long-term goals.
Employee Relations: Maintaining positive employee relations will be a crucial part of your job. You will act as a point of contact for staff inquiries, grievances, and workplace concerns, ensuring that all issues are handled with professionalism and fairness. Your role will also include organizing employee engagement initiatives and supporting workplace wellness programs to promote a healthy and productive work environment.
Performance Management: In collaboration with department heads, you will assist in implementing performance appraisal systems, setting KPIs, and tracking employee achievements. You will also provide support in drafting improvement plans where necessary and rewarding high-performing staff. Strong analytical and communication skills are required to ensure that performance management processes are transparent and effective.
