Job Title: We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our Human Resources department at University Hospital Sharjah. This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who is eager to contribute to a dynamic healthcare environment while enhancing their skills in HR management.

Key Responsibilities: The HR Officer will be responsible for handling daily recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. You will play a key role in identifying top talent and ensuring a smooth recruitment cycle to support the hospital’s growth.

Onboarding & Induction: Once candidates are selected, you will manage the full onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience for new employees. This includes preparing documentation, facilitating orientation sessions, and making sure new staff are fully aligned with hospital policies and culture.

Employee Benefits & Insurance: A vital part of your role will be overseeing staff medical insurance, including enrollment, renewals, and claims support. You will coordinate closely with insurance providers and employees to ensure benefits are managed efficiently and in compliance with hospital standards.

General HR Support: The HR Officer will provide day-to-day HR support by assisting with employee queries, handling documentation, updating HR systems, and ensuring compliance with healthcare HR policies. This role will require a proactive and supportive approach to meet the needs of both management and staff.

Compliance & Policies: You will be expected to ensure HR operations remain compliant with UAE labor laws and internal hospital policies. This involves maintaining accurate employee records, monitoring probationary reviews, and ensuring policy updates are communicated effectively.
